CLAIMS REGULATIONS CERTIFICATION CLASSES In recognition of the need for Certification compliance requirements by the California Department of Insurance, the CAIIA offers classes for the 3 above programs each year...throughout the State.
Please click here to download the Registration Form for the next SEED seminar to be held on May 23, 2008 in South Lake Tahoe, CA. At the Seminar, the CAIIA will be presenting the Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations Recertification, the Seminar for the Evaluation of Earthquake Damage (SEED), and the Special Investigations "SIU" Fraud certification. All three are required certifications for staff and independent adjusters.

The CAIIA has established the Steve Tilghman Scholarship Fund to support the continuing education and professionalism of the insurance claims professional. Formed in memory of the late Steve Tilghman, a past President of the CAIIA and a person committed to the betterment of our adjusting community, the CAIIA invites any person in the claims adjusting community to apply for one of the scholarships.
