The CAIIA is proud to recommend and support the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters (RPA). The RPA designation is the symbol of excellence and the commitment to continuing education by all staff and independent and/or self-insured claims professionals. If your adjuster does not hold the RPA designation, recommend that they do. Raise your professionalism and that of the entire claims industry...secure the RPA designation.
